Ceylon Cinnamon also called 'True Cinnamon' / 'Mexican Cinnamon', are less spicy, milder & less sweeter than cassia cinnamon, has more complex, citrus flavor, and used in dishes that do not need conflicting flavors competing.It has a much lower volatile oil content (1-2%), and ultra-low Coumarin levels ( only 0.0004%), suitable for herbal 'Cinnamon tea' without any Side effect.

To Make Cinnamon Tea: Add 1 tsp ground cinnamon to your cup, pour 8 oz boiling water, steep 8-10 minutes, strain, add sweeter or milk, Enjoy!
