Ingredients: Whole grain brown rice, corn, whole grain sorghum, whole grain buckwheat. Tested and confirmed gluten free by our quality control laboratory.
Basic Cooking Instructions: Bring water and salt to a boil. Slowly whisk in cereal, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 2 minutes. ServingsCerealWaterSalt 1 Serving1/4 cup3/4 cuppinch2 Servings1/2 cup1 1/2 cups1/8 tsp3 Servings3/4 cup2 1/4 cups1/4 tsp4 Servings1 cup3 cups 1/4 tsp Microwave: Combine 1/4 cup cereal, 3/4 cup water and a pinch of salt in a microwave safe bowl. Stir well. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until water is fully absorbed, stopping every 30 seconds to stir. Let stand for 2 minutes. ~ Makes 1 serving.
